IIRC: thats an Belgian F-16, so US standards need not apply.
and its not any worse than some of the noseart that was displayed
on US aircraft during WWII. besides Ashcroft is no longer on the cabinet.

Looks photoshopped to me....
But what the heck do I know? I'm just an engineering student.

Diana the Huntress is the emblem of 323Sqn RNlAF, and is tradionally drawn
with an exposed breast (the Dutch are nowhere near as anal as some of us
when it comes to nudity. And it's only a breast...). This picture was
apparently painted on the a/c at Goose Bay in Canada, in preparation for
the unit's 50th anniversary (1998) back home in Holland. Despite tradition
decreeing the bare skin, orders quickly went out that the lady should be
covered up, so a (well-filled!) jumper was painted over the nude. The a/c
was put into storage in Holland without Diana being painted out and is now
apparently on display in the museum in Soesterberg.
J-248 from 323 sqn was also adorned with the "Dirty Diana" scheme, but on a
n all-yellow background. Have a look here

for pics, taken in 2000. No PC police in Holland, by the look of it!
